This is a lovely vintage Tudor Royal with a solid 9k gold case. 

The case measures 34mm in diameter excluding the signed gold Rolex crown. For a watch of this age, the case is on the larger side. There are some signs of wear as you would expect from a watch of this period, however I would say that it is certainly good for its age. It benefits from no personalised engraving to the rear. 

The very attractive sunburst dial shows just minor signs of ageing. It has lovely gold hands and batons that are perfect for a gold dress watch. It has a clear and crisp, black printed Tudor small rose logo. 

The hand wound movement is running well and keeping good time for a vintage watch. It also comes in its Tudor box with Rolex guarantee booklet dated from sale in 1967. 

The watch has been fitted with a brand new leather strap and new crystal.
