This is a vintage Omega Constellation 396.1070.1 

It has a stainless steel case which measures 33mm in diameter excluding the crown. It has a brushed finish with polished bezel. For its age, the case is in nice condition. It has the Omega Observatory logo on the case back.

The silver coloured dial has crisp lettering and blue hands. There are some signs of wear.

The integrated bracelet with fold over Omega buckle is in good condition with light signs of use. 

The quartz movement is running correctly keeping excellent time. It comes in an Omega box.
