This a a superb vintage Omega constellation 396.1070 which will date from the late 80's to very early 90's. 
 
For its age, the watch is in excellent condition. It still retains is brushed finish both on the case and bracelet. The case measures 34mm in diameter excluding the signed crown. The bezel is still nicely polished but has lost a bit of the black in the roman numerals. 
 
The dial is also in excellent condition and has very attractive blue hands. 
 
The quartz movement is functioning correctly. 
 
This watch will fit a maximum wrist size of 7 1/2 inches. 
 
The watch comes in a vintage Omega box.
