This is a rare chance to buy a vintage Tudor information booklet which features both the famous Monte Carlo chronograph and Submariner Snowflake. 
 
This booklet has the reference code 577.02 printed on the last page. There is no exact year printed. A bit of AI research suggests:
 
'If your copy has no date code, it is generally considered an early 1971–1972 variant that was packaged with the very first batches of the Reference 7149, 7159, and 7169 chronographs.'
 
As well as coming with the Monte Carlo, this is also applicable to the Submariner.
 
The booklet is in excellent condition for its age, with only small signs of wear and use and comes in its see through packaging.
